Build and develop partnerships with Wholesale account buyers and Wholesale account store managers/associates, working to identify opportunities to enhance Carhartt brand presentation, improve productivity, and maximize sales. Collaborate with the Retail Brand Managers and Sales team to identify opportunities for visual merchandising support to include: store evaluation, resetting the selling space, seasonal floor sets, signs and marketing elements, and training. Required Skills and Experience 4 years of visual merchandising experience with an emphasis in a multi-retailer/manufacturer environment. Excellent written and oral communication skills with the proven ability to communicate with all levels including management.
