The Visual Merchandising Associate will assist with sales objectives, manage inventory, create merchandising strategies, build and maintain customer relationships, provide direction and training to staff, and provide a superior shopping experience for customers. Responsibilities: Customer Service • Customer Experience: Ensure customers receive a high level of service, resolve customer complaints, and maintain a positive store environment. • 1-2 years in a retail environment with some merchandising experience is required.
