As a Visual Merchandising Manager, you’ll serve as the creative representative for visual presentation both within the store and across the board of business, partnering with the store teams and Regional VM Manager.What You’ll DoAs a Visual Merchandising Manager, you will be responsible for the visual proposition across the store and lead and develop a high performing visual merchandising team. You are nimble and adaptable, being able to flex your plans and priorities in a fast-paced environment.You will have strong communication skills and the ability to relate to customer’s needs.Act as a role model who can lead, motivate, and inspire the team, who builds confidence and enthusiasm, enabling the team to deliver excellent customer service and high impact visual displays.Resilient with a proven ability to lead a team and confident in giving constructive feedback to others.Excellent creative skills that deliver an inspiring visual proposition while maximizing salesExceptional people and communication skills with an ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues and managementSkilled in providing consultation and advice with an ability to influence colleagues at all levelsStrategically minded and organized, good problem-solving skills with an ability to plan and prioritize work schedules within agreed timescalesRobust knowledge of fashion trends and commercial awarenessStrong service focus with experience of delivering excellent customer experience while maintaining high retail standardsPosition holder must be able to communicate effectively and efficiently, orally and in writing, with managers, supervisors, and hourly colleagues in English to provide instruction, coaching, corrective action, safety instructions and lead teams as a manager daily and in emergencies.
