VISUAL MERCHANDISING LEAD

This includes the development of presentations in the mock store.• Collaborate with Design, Merchandising and Marketing to bring the company's vision of product categories or seasonal collections to life.• Support the team with the creation of seasonal visual directives and direction for new launches.• Partner with retail operations department to provide weekly visual communication to store teams through directives, including marketing, merchandising, and promotional direction.• Support retail stores in visual execution by reviewing photos and providing feedback with all launches via conference calls and e-mails.• Assist in the ideation of new fixtures and/or seasonal displays to support new and existing product offerings.• Assist in the hand off and organization of product samples.• Responsible for the cleanliness and organization of the mock store on a day-to-day basis.Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:• At least 2 years of experience in Visual role in a big box or corporate setting.• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.• Strong written and verbal communication skills.• Proficient photography skills.• Strong organization and time management skills.• Ability to multitask and operate in a fast-paced environment.• Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing business needs.• Ability to build strong working relationships with cross functional teams.
