VISUAL MERCHANDISING DISPLAY MANAGER

Job Description Reporting directly to our Senior Manager of Visual merchandising, our Visual Merchandising Display Manager will be the driving force behind the creative design process for the visual department.Responsibilities:• Concept, develop, and implement creative ideas to support the Visual Merchandising team with seasonal campaigns, and special projects, and window displays.• Provides clear creative ideation through mood boards, renderings, and or 3d modeling.• Initiate new ideas and ways to localize existing and new locations through creative designs and propping.• Work closely with vendors on outsourced designs and implementation to bring big ideas and designs to life quickly.• Responsible for staying within budget for each project and managing external vendors to help execute the vision.• Support cross functional departments with creative needs for marketing/PR events, special projects, etc.• Passion for managing, coaching and developing a talented team and thinking strategically when it comes to the growth and structure of the individuals, processes and practices of their team.• Travel required up to 50% of the time.Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:• 5+ years of creative visual design experience• Proficient in Adobe Creative suite• 3D modeling (CAD, Revit, Sketchup) preferred but not required.• Proven history of innovative and compelling designs with consistent high level execution (portfolio required).• A passion for design and the desire to learn, grow and embrace new thoughts and ideas.• Strong attention to time management and meeting deadlines.• The ability to work on multiple projects at a time in varying stages of completion.• The ability to build strong relationships with co-workers and keep others informed.• A shared appreciation for our 3 core values of Family, Fashion and Philanthropy.
