VISUAL MERCHANDISING COORDINATOR, WHOLESALE - Hybrid

Key Responsibilities Visual Merchandising & Store Presentation Collaborate with the Senior Wholesale Manager and VM Manager & Global Support on planning and implementing strategies to achieve the highest standard of visual presentation in wholesale partners throughout North & South America Apply best industry practice, trends and developments to plan Zimmermann visual merchandising strategies with confidence and accuracy Ensure that are all seasonal guidelines are planned and executed in accordance with Zimmermann vision and expectations with consistency Coordinate and manage store presentation including, but not limited to, cleanliness, lighting, scent, sound, music, florals and signage to support wholesale teams in creating a luxurious experience Travel to interstate stores to implement VM and new store openings in accordance with business needs Seasonal Visual Merchandising Direction Communicate the planning of seasonal VM direction to relevant Wholesale teams as directed by the Senior Wholesale Manager and VM Manager & Global Support considering individual location needs in relation to adjacencies, seasonality, demographic, climate, traffic, etc. Update floor plans for wholesale partners relevant to the region for every new product launch Prepare launches, windows and mannequin displays in accordance to theme direction of Senior Wholesale Manager and VM Manager & Global Support to ensure an elevated, luxury presentation for wholesale partners reflective of the brand image and seasonal vision Analyze sales, budgets and ST to determine floor moves that will enhance the collection and maximize sales Monitor VM direction and raise opportunities with the Senior Wholesale Manager and VM Manager & Global Support Store Teams, Training & Development Schedule regular store visits to implement and oversee the VM direction and stock presentation within stores Execute seasonal VM trainings with the field Brand Ambassador team to review seasonal guidelines and provide tools for VM in the field Provide regular VM updates and VM photos to Brand Ambassador and DSA teams Solicit feedback on VM efficacy and performance in stores and provide regular updates to Senior Wholesale Manager and VM Manager & Global Support Maintenance Track and manage all VM inventory including displays and hangers and replenish as needed while adhering to budget set forth by Senior Wholesale Manager and VM Manager & Global Support Coordinate regular floral deliveries for relevant locations, ensuring floral selection adheres to Zimmermann vision as well as store restrictions or guidelines and remains within outlined budget by location New Store Development · Support the Wholesale team & VM Manager Global Support to order and manage all VM/POS tools for new store openings · Assist the Wholesale team & VM Manager Global Support in finding new contractors such as Florists, Gardeners & Cleaners · Create Store Design Brief and compile key design features into a document to share with Training team Digital Presentation Create digital styling guidelines for partner photography teams in line with each collection launch, providing detailed instruction on style pairing and styling requests to ensure that all Ecommerce presentations are in line with Zimmermann vision and standard Photograph key looks during market and provide photos to partner photo studio teams to reference alongside the guideline Liaise with the Junior Account Executive on sample availability and shoot timing to ensure accuracy of the guideline and to adhere to all deadlines Provide all styling materials to JAE at minimum 5 days before each send-out Market · Assist the Wholesale and PR teams to implement and oversee the visual merchandising of Showrooms for Market & Press Presentations as needed. Administrative Assist Senior Wholesale Manager and VM Manager & Global Support developing written and visual content relating to VM expectations Review team VM daily reports and provide regular feedback on store presentation and execution of VM guides Monitor delivery schedule and provide a weekly delivery update to the wholesale team, updating VM directives as needed based on in-store assortments Track VM expenses by location and account, and ensure spending adheres to the budget set forth by the Senior Wholesale Manager and VM Manager & Global Support Solicit, submit to finance, and keep record of all invoices related to VM Complying with instructions given for your own health and safety and that of others, in adhering to safe work procedures.
