Collaborate with the store team to ensure the visual merchandising aligns with the overall store concept and brand guidelines.
Stay up-to-date with current fashion trends and incorporate them into displays.
Create and maintain detailed planograms for visual merchandising layouts.
Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate visual merchandising strategies to store team.
Maintain store cleanliness and organization to create an inviting shopping experience.
Regularly review and analyze sales data to make necessary adjustments to visual merchandising displays.
Work closely with the buying and marketing teams to ensure visual merchandising is aligned with promotional campaigns and product launches.
Train and educate store team on visual merchandising standards and techniques.
Keep track of inventory and ensure proper replenishment of merchandise on the sales floor.
Attend training and development programs to stay updated on visual merchandising techniques and strategies.
Continuously seek out new ideas and concepts to enhance the visual appeal of the store.
Adhere to all safety and security protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Represent the H&M brand and culture by maintaining a professional and positive attitude at all times.
