You will be responsible for interpreting seasonal directives and brand guidelines to design and implement compelling visual merchandising strategies across the store. This includes window displays, in-store product arrangements, mannequins styling, and overall store ambiance. The ideal candidate will have a strong artistic sensibility, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for fashion and retail. You should be adept at space planning, color theory, and storytelling through visual elements. Responsibilities include receiving, unpacking, and arranging merchandise, maintaining visual standards, and training store staff on visual merchandising principles. You will work closely with the store management team to ensure visual execution aligns with sales targets and marketing campaigns. A proactive approach to identifying and solving visual challenges is crucial. Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser in retail. Strong understanding of fashion trends and visual design principles. Excellent artistic and creative skills. Proficiency in spatial planning and display techniques. Ability to interpret brand guidelines and marketing objectives. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Experience with visual merchandising software is a plus.
