Responsibilities • Create and maintain compelling merchandise presentations to engage customers and stimulate sales activity. • Submit daily photo postings in the Workforce Experience app to show before and after work for review by the Regional Visual Merchandising Manager. • Communicate with Store Manager and District Manager regarding visual merchandising successes and opportunities. • Train and motivate store teams about visual merchandising standards and maintenance. • Assist the District Manager in holding store teams accountable for visual maintenance and executing visual directives.
