• Manage internal tracking system for real time status of samples, from delivery to shoot through final archiving • Field and manage requests for samples from business partners & cross functional teams • Manage incoming and outgoing requests with sense of urgency and attention to shoot dates • Create shotlists for brand photoshoots • Prepare and manage Wholesale Samples • Partner with Studio Manager and Creative Team to facilitate sample needs for brand campaigns & other necessary brand projects • Organize and restore samples so it’s in ready condition at all times • Assist Visual Team in setting up floorsets and in store marketing campaigns in our in office Mock-store. • Time Management Skills- Efficient with ability to multi-task and prioritize • Travel may be required, based on business needs. The salary range for this position is $25.00 to $28.00 per hour.
