Visual Merchandiser

Responsibilities: Develop creative, eye-catching visual displays that will draw customers in and increase sales Monitor and analyze trends in fashion and design to ensure displays stay up to date and in line with current trends Work with store managers and other staff to ensure displays are correctly set up and maintained Ensure all displays are set up in accordance with H&M standards and guidelines Create and implement innovative visual strategies to help grow customer engagement and drive sales Monitor customer feedback and use it to adjust displays as needed Ensure all display components are in good working order, and replace/repair damaged components as needed Assist in the training of store staff on visual merchandising principles and techniques
