If you are ready to take your visual merchandising career to the next level, we want to hear from you!"\n\nDevelop and execute creative and visually appealing displays in accordance with H&M brand standards and guidelines.\n\nUtilize knowledge of fashion and design trends to create innovative and eye-catching displays that showcase H&M's latest collections.\n\nCollaborate with store management and team members to plan and implement visual merchandising strategies that drive sales and enhance the customer experience.\n\nMaintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all visual merchandising activities, including product placement, signage, and overall store layout.\n\nRegularly review and update displays to ensure they are reflective of current promotions and merchandise.\n\nContinuously monitor and analyze sales data to make informed decisions about visual merchandising strategies and adjust as needed.\n\nKeep up-to-date on industry trends and competition to ensure H&M remains at the forefront of visual merchandising.\n\nTrain and coach store team members on visual merchandising techniques and standards to ensure consistency across all locations.\n\nWork closely with the marketing and buying teams to ensure that displays align with overall brand and product messaging.\n\nDemonstrate a strong understanding of H&M's brand identity and effectively communicate it through visual displays.
