Create visually appealing displays and product arrangements that capture the attention of customers and drive sales.
Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and incorporate them into the visual merchandising displays.
Collaborate with the marketing and buying teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and product placement.
Understand and analyze customer behavior and use this knowledge to create displays that cater to their needs and preferences.
Ensure all visual merchandising displays are executed accurately and in a timely manner.
Train and coach store staff on how to maintain and update visual displays.
Monitor and track sales data to assess the impact of visual merchandising strategies and make necessary adjustments.
Maintain an organized and visually appealing store environment by regularly restocking and rearranging displays.
Continuously evaluate and improve visual merchandising techniques to enhance the overall shopping experience for customers.
