Visual Merchandiser

As a Visual Merchandiser at H&M, you will play a crucial role in showcasing our products and creating an immersive shopping experience for our customers. Collaborate with the store management team to implement and maintain visual merchandising guidelines and standards.
Conduct regular store walks to ensure displays are properly executed and maintained.
Plan and execute seasonal and promotional displays to drive sales and highlight key products.
Stay up-to-date on fashion trends and competitor visual merchandising strategies to continually improve our displays.
Work closely with the buying and planning teams to ensure proper product placement and availability.
Train and coach store staff on visual merchandising techniques and standards.
Manage and maintain inventory of visual merchandising supplies and materials.
Attend and participate in merchandising meetings and workshops.
Communicate and collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and execution.
Monitor and analyze sales data to make strategic decisions for display placement and product placement.
Ensure all displays and merchandise adhere to company visual and safety standards.
Provide feedback and recommendations for store layout and visual merchandising changes.
Keep the store visually appealing and organized, following company guidelines for cleanliness and presentation.
Represent the H&M brand with professionalism, passion, and enthusiasm.
