Visual Merchandiser

H&M is looking for an organized and creative Visual Merchandiser to join our team and help create an inspiring shopping experience for our customers. Develop creative and visually appealing window and store displays that showcase products in accordance with H&M’s brand standards.
Conduct research and analyze current fashion trends to ensure that displays are up-to-date and relevant to customers.
Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies that maximize sales and profitability.
Train and manage store personnel on proper store setup and merchandising techniques.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure merchandise is adequately stocked.
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to discuss promotional displays.
Create and maintain detailed visual merchandising plans and reports.
Maintain a neat and organized store environment.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
Attend trade shows and industry events to stay up to date on trends.
