Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor strategies to continuously improve our visual merchandising approach.
Utilize strong design skills and attention to detail to create aesthetically pleasing displays.
Ensure all visual merchandising meets brand standards and guidelines.
Train and educate store teams on visual merchandising techniques and standards.
Monitor and maintain proper inventory levels for visual merchandising materials.
Act as a brand ambassador by embodying the Primark values and promoting our brand image through visual merchandising.
Collaborate with other departments, such as buying and marketing, to ensure cohesive and effective visual merchandising.
Adapt to changing priorities and timelines in a fast-paced retail environment.
Travel to different store locations to implement and maintain visual merchandising standards.
Continuously evaluate and improve visual merchandising techniques to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
Act as a role model for store teams by demonstrating a strong work ethic, creativity, and passion for fashion.
