Visual Merchandiser

H&M seeks an experienced Visual Merchandiser to join our retail team and bring fresh energy and creative vision to our visual displays. Our ideal candidate will have an eye for design, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fashion.We are looking for someone who is creative, organized, and detail-oriented with a minimum of 2 years' experience in visual merchandising. The Visual Merchandiser must have experience developing and executing visual merchandising strategies and must be able to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively. -Create captivating displays that help drive sales
-Manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
-Source and order props and materials for visual displays
-Maintain store visual standards in accordance with H&M guidelines
-Provide feedback and insights to store and regional teams
-Stay up-to-date with current fashion trends to inform visual displays
-Train store associates on visual merchandising and display techniques
-Collaborate with store and regional teams to ensure visual displays are aligned with H&M's brand standards
