Visual Merchandiser

Develop and execute creative and visually appealing displays that align with H&M's brand image and current fashion trends.
Collaborate with the store manager and team to ensure that visual merchandising supports sales and marketing objectives.
Maintain a thorough understanding of H&M's products and target audience to effectively showcase merchandise.
Constantly refresh and update displays and window presentations to keep the store visually appealing and on-trend.
Create and maintain detailed visual merchandising guidelines to ensure consistency across all H&M stores.
Monitor inventory levels and work with the team to ensure that merchandise is displayed in an organized and visually appealing manner.
Train and educate store staff on visual merchandising standards and techniques.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor visual displays to ensure H&M remains at the forefront of visual merchandising.
Communicate with corporate visual merchandising team to provide feedback and suggestions for improving displays and store layouts.
Adhere to all safety and security protocols while setting up and maintaining displays.
