Visual Merchandiser

With a team of 1,000+ based out of Cerritos, California we are a dynamic bunch that are motivated by getting the company to the next level. • Visual Merchandisers support the Retail Visual Merchandising Manager and Visual Department Manager in the execution of all visual initiatives, including but not limited to biweekly floor sets, event preparation, and staff education • Regularly collaborate with Retail VMM, Visual Department Manager, and store leadership to ensure all displays are current according to the latest directive and are successfully driving productivity • Utilize visual directives, feedback from store leadership and stylists, as well as product performance & sales reports, to strategically plan and execute the movement of merchandise with the support of Visual leadership in order to continually impact positive sell through of goods on your designated floor.
