Upper Atmosphere is a luxury streetwear boutique redefining how retail looks and feels. This is about creating "wow" moments every time someone walks in. • 2–3+ years visual merchandising experience (fashion retail only) • Strong understanding of luxury, streetwear, and trend-based retail • Able to execute visuals solo — from layout to steaming to tagging • Can lift and move inventory, mannequins, and fixtures • Self-motivated, organized, and obsessive about details • Flexible with hours — must be available early mornings, overnights (for resets), and weekends • $18–$22/hour based on experience • Bonus structure for seasonal installs or sales increases tied to visuals • Employee discount • Growth path to Lead Visual or Styling Director as brand expands Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
