Visual Merchandiser

We are looking for a creative Retail Visual Merchandiser to increase sales, capture buyer’s attention and to provide an excellent in-store experience. The goal is to use visual merchandising to convert window shoppers into prospects, drive branding and sales objectives and maximize profitability. Location: Department Stores in the Cincinnati territory. Shop Presentation Create appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire Brahmin assortment Restock sales floor and monitor inventory needs, communicating back to management on stock requests Inventory fixtures, communicating back to management on any damages for timely repair Ensure current visuals are installed immediately upon receipt Ensure shop is clean Provide a detailed store report with photos to management. Retailer Partnership Participate in meetings with store management to negotiate the needs of the business Provide product and brand knowledge on a consistent basis Motivate associates to drive sales Act in alignment to the organization’s culture, products, image and target market
