Visual Merchandiser

You will report to the Store Visual Manager or the Store Manager, depending on the store's volume, and will be responsible for setting the garment presentation on the sales floor and in windows according to the Commercial Handbook. Your role will involve collaborating with the Department Manager to identify additional commercial opportunities within the store, executing floor moves based on these decisions, and ensuring that the store's visual presentation aligns with current fashion trends. You will also be responsible for indirect customer service by maintaining the H&M Visual Identity through the implementation of the Commercial Handbook, ensuring well-styled mannequins, and creating a cohesive visual narrative from windows to the sales area.
