Visual Merchandiser

This position is at the heart of a fast-paced fashion business, where you will support and guide the store team to deliver an exceptional customer experience that aligns with H&M's brand values. In your day-to-day activities, you will set the garment presentation on the sales floor and in windows according to the Commercial Handbook. In terms of visual store operations, you will execute floor moves that create clear stories and wearable buying suggestions, complete all sales floor and window morning routines daily, and ensure the condition of all incoming visual props and marketing materials with a sustainability mindset. As a Visual Merchandiser, you will also support the store team in enhancing the customer and working experience through coaching and development. , • Ensure all communication in the windows and on the sales floor complies with local legislation.
