Visual Merchandiser

Nordstrom is looking for an experienced and motivated Visual Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position will have a creative eye for design, a passion for fashion, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.The Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for creating visually captivating displays that will draw customers in and encourage them to make purchases. Responsibilities: • Create visually captivating displays that will draw customers in and encourage them to make purchases • Execute store window displays that capture the attention of passersby and showcase Nordstrom’s products • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that all displays are in line with Nordstrom’s brand identity • Monitor and maintain visual merchandising standards and guidelines • Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance where needed • Provide customer feedback to store managers, marketing, and other personnel • Keep informed of current fashion trends and new product lines • Ensure displays are properly merchandised and maintained in an orderly fashion • Implement creative visual merchandising strategies and techniques • Keep accurate records of product placement and sales • Participate in store events and promotions • Ensure that all displays follow Nordstrom’s safety regulations
