Train and coach team members on visual merchandising techniques, strategies, and best practices.
Collaborate with store management to develop and implement creative and innovative visual concepts that drive sales and customer engagement.
Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and make necessary adjustments to visual displays.
Ensure all products are displayed in a neat, organized, and visually appealing manner.
Lead and motivate team members to achieve visual merchandising goals and provide exceptional customer service.
Maintain a thorough understanding of current fashion trends and incorporate them into visual displays.
Ensure that all visual displays and store layouts are in compliance with safety and security standards.
Communicate effectively with store management and team members to ensure alignment and understanding of visual merchandising strategies.
Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise as needed.
Participate in store meetings and trainings to stay updated on company policies, procedures, and products.
Uphold H&M's values and promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
Continuously seek out opportunities to improve visual merchandising and customer experience.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to remain competitive in the market.
Perform other related duties as assigned by store management.
