Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to develop and implement creative and innovative merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance the overall shopping experience.
Ensure the store is constantly stocked and replenished with the latest and most desirable fashion items.
Monitor inventory levels and work closely with the sales team to ensure that merchandise is accurately and efficiently displayed.
Train and mentor team members on visual merchandising techniques and standards.
Participate in regular store walkthroughs to identify and address any visual merchandising issues or opportunities.
Keep up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and incorporate them into displays and presentations.
Maintain a clean and organized visual merchandising storage area.
Communicate and collaborate effectively with the sales team to ensure the execution of visual merchandising initiatives.
Uphold the highest standards of customer service and represent the H&M brand in a positive and professional manner.
Assist with other tasks and duties as assigned by the store manager or visual merchandising manager.
