Create compelling and visually appealing displays to attract and engage customers.
Collaborate with the store manager and sales team to ensure that visual displays are effectively promoting current products and promotions.
Continuously evaluate and adjust displays to maintain a fresh and updated look.
Maintain a deep understanding of current fashion trends and incorporate them into displays.
Train and guide sales associates on visual merchandising techniques and standards.
Ensure that all merchandise is properly displayed and organized on the sales floor.
Monitor inventory levels and work with management to replenish products as needed.
Communicate with corporate visual merchandising teams to provide feedback and suggestions for store displays.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and innovations in visual merchandising.
Stay organized and manage time effectively to meet deadlines for visual changes and updates.
Maintain a clean and organized visual merchandising storage area.
Assist with opening and closing procedures, including setting up and breaking down displays.
Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols for all visual displays.
Represent the brand with a professional and positive demeanor at all times.
