Visual Keyholder

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the visual standards of our store, while also providing support to the management team. As a Visual Keyholder, you will be expected to lead by example and provide exceptional customer service to all shoppers. Lead and Train Sales Associates: You will be responsible for leading and training a team of sales associates to ensure they are knowledgeable about products, able to provide excellent customer service, and maintain visual standards. As the Visual Keyholder, you will be responsible for assisting with the planning and execution of these events, as well as ensuring H&M is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
