VISUAL DESIGNER - Remote

Title: Visual Designer Company Description: Fitness startupDuration: FreelanceLocation: Remote – PST business hours Our client, a fitness startup, is seeking a freelance Visual Designer for their growing marketing team. We’re looking for integrated designers who can work across branding, product, retail, performance, email and social media. In addition to executing your designs, you’ll be given the opportunity to concept and contribute to the visual language of this emerging brand. This role reports to the Creative Director and is a fully remote position, with preference given to candidates on PST business hours. Responsibilities: Execute quality, production-ready designs across all marketing channels, including DTC performance Bring ideas and innovative concepts to the table, and clearly communicate them to the team Ensure a consistent, cohesive brand language through cross-functional collaboration Participate in constructive design reviews and team brainstorms Stay abreast of the latest trends and standards in visual design Requirements: 4+ years of experience as a Visual Designer, working on marketing projects for consumer-facing products; startup experience a plus Expert knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma A working knowledge of how to work with and/or build design systems Flexible and agile, with a strong attention to detail Able to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively across teams (including Product, Fitness and Marketing) Interest in physical fitness is a plus
