As a Visual Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating an inspiring shopping experience for our customers by bringing our brand to life through innovative and eye-catching displays. We are looking for someone who is creative, organized, and has a keen eye for design. If this sounds like you, read on for more details about this role and the qualifications we are seeking.\n\nDevelop and execute visually appealing and on-brand merchandise displays in accordance with company guidelines and standards.\n\nCollaborate with store management and merchandising team to determine floor set layouts and ensure a cohesive and visually pleasing shopping experience.\n\nMaintain visual standards throughout the store by regularly refreshing and updating displays.\n\nUtilize creative and innovative thinking to constantly evolve and improve the visual presentation of the store.\n\nStay up-to-date on current fashion trends and incorporate them into displays to showcase the latest products and styles.\n\nConduct regular store walkthroughs to identify and address any visual merchandising issues or opportunities.\n\nWork closely with the store team to ensure proper inventory levels are maintained and products are displayed in a timely manner.\n\nEnsure all visual elements, including mannequins, signage, and props, are properly maintained and in good condition.\n\nAssist in the setup and breakdown of seasonal displays and window installations.\n\nCommunicate effectively with store team members and provide guidance and direction on visual merchandising standards and expectations.\n\nTrain and coach store team members on visual merchandising techniques and standards.\n\nAdhere to all safety and security protocols while carrying out visual merchandising tasks.\n\nAttend company training and visual merchandising workshops to continuously develop skills and stay updated on company standards.\n\nMaintain a clean and organized work area, including back-of-house storage and visual merchandising supplies.\n\nOther duties as assigned by store management.
