Visual Associate

As a Visual Associate, you will play an integral role in ensuring our merchandise is presented in a visually enticing and engaging manner. We are looking for someone who is creative, organized, and has a strong understanding of our brand aesthetic. Collaborate with the store team to ensure merchandise is presented in an enticing and engaging manner.
Stay updated on current fashion trends and incorporate them into display designs.
Ensure all displays are neat, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
Use creativity and innovative thinking to constantly refresh and update displays.
Work with the store manager to plan and execute visual merchandising strategies.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the J.Crew brand and its values.
Utilize strong attention to detail to ensure all displays are executed accurately and to company standards.
Keep track of inventory and communicate any needed restocking or replenishment to the store team.
Collaborate with the store team to plan and execute store events and promotions.
Continuously monitor and improve the visual presentation of the store to drive sales and enhance the overall customer experience.
Follow and adhere to all company visual merchandising guidelines and standards.
Take initiative to suggest and implement new visual merchandising ideas to elevate the store's overall appearance.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the visual merchandising storage areas.
Train and coach other team members on visual merchandising techniques and standards.
Assist with other store tasks and projects as needed.
