Collaborate with the store management team to develop and execute visual merchandising strategies that align with company goals and initiatives.
Ensure consistent and high-quality presentation of merchandise throughout the store.
Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and incorporate them into visual displays.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
Implement and maintain visual standards set by the company.
Work closely with the store team to ensure merchandise is properly stocked and displayed.
Identify and address any potential visual or merchandising issues in a timely manner.
Assist in the planning and execution of store events and promotions.
Train and coach store team members on visual merchandising standards and techniques.
Help to create a positive and welcoming shopping experience for our customers through visually appealing displays.
Maintain a thorough understanding of our brand's aesthetic and ensure it is reflected in all visual displays.
Continuously look for ways to improve and enhance the visual presentation of our store.
Communicate any visual merchandising updates or changes to the store team in a timely and effective manner.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
