Visual Associate

Madewell is looking for an energetic and organized Visual Associate to join our team!In this role, you will be responsible for creating a visually appealing shopping experience for our customers. You will work closely with the Visual Manager to create displays that showcase our products in the best possible way. You must be able to think outside the box and be willing to work to tight deadlines.The ideal candidate for this role will have a passion for fashion and a strong understanding of visual merchandising. You must also have excellent organizational skills, be able to work independently, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

Work closely with the Visual Manager to create displays that showcase products in the best possible way.
Think outside the box and be willing to work to tight deadlines.
Maintain a visually appealing shopping experience for customers.
Ensure all displays are neat and organized.
Communicate effectively with the Visual Manager and other team members.
Remain up-to-date with current fashion trends and be able to apply them to store displays.
Ensure all company guidelines are followed when setting up displays.
Work independently and in a team environment.
Follow safety guidelines and company policies.
Remain flexible and adaptable to changing customer needs.
