Collaborate with the store team to create visually appealing displays that effectively showcase our products.
Utilize strong styling skills to create compelling outfits and looks that align with current fashion trends.
Maintain and update visual standards in the store to ensure a consistent and inviting shopping experience.
Stay updated on current fashion trends and incorporate them into visual displays.
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a cohesive and visually appealing store layout.
Use time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines for setting up new displays.
Take initiative in identifying and addressing any visual merchandising needs or issues in the store.
Act as a brand ambassador by embodying the J.Crew aesthetic and promoting our products through visual displays.
Participate in training and development opportunities to continually improve visual merchandising skills.
Maintain a neat and organized visual stockroom and ensure all necessary supplies are readily available.
Collaborate with management on special projects and events to create visually impactful displays.
Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment to ensure products are always available for display.
Adhere to safety protocols and company policies while working with visual displays and equipment.
Continuously evaluate and improve visual displays to enhance the overall shopping experience for customers.
Proactively seek feedback from customers and incorporate it into future visual displays.
