Create and maintain visually appealing displays and merchandising in accordance with J.Crew brand standards.
Collaborate with team members to plan and execute creative and unique display concepts that align with company objectives.
Ensure all merchandise is properly displayed, priced, and tagged in accordance with company guidelines.
Continuously monitor and adjust displays to optimize customer experience and sales.
Stay up-to-date with current fashion trends and apply them to visual merchandising strategies.
Communicate effectively with store management and team members to ensure visual standards are met and maintained.
Assist with inventory management by organizing and replenishing merchandise on the sales floor.
Use creativity and resourcefulness to find solutions for visual challenges and work within budget constraints.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to create a positive and inviting shopping atmosphere.
Actively participate in company training and development programs to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
Demonstrate a high level of customer service by providing assistance and styling advice to customers when needed.
Adhere to safety and security protocols to protect company assets and promote a safe work environment.
Represent the J.Crew brand and its values in a professional manner at all times.
Proactively seek opportunities to improve visual merchandising processes and procedures.
Assist with special projects and events as needed to support overall store objectives.
