We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fashion Coach to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing teams effectively, supervising and developing hourly associates, coordinating job-related activities and assignments, and modeling and demonstrating exceptional customer service standards. Key Responsibilities: • Team Leadership: Lead and develop teams effectively by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates. Requirements: • Education: 2 years' of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience. • Criminal Background Check: Successful completion of a firearms-specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training for facilities that sell firearms.
