Your core responsibilities • Lead and manage cross-functional fashion and e-commerce projects from planning to completion • Coordinate between creative, marketing, operations, and fulfillment teams • Analyze and interpret e-commerce performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, sell-through, inventory turnover, return rates) • Implement insights from data to drive continuous improvement and growth • Ensure timely delivery of tasks and milestones • Utilize Shopify to manage storefronts and support product launches • Facilitate clear communication among internal team members and external partners • Drive progress proactively with minimal supervision • Proven experience in the fashion industry, preferably in a project management or operations role • Hands-on experience with the Shopify platform • Strong understanding of key e-commerce metrics and how to leverage them for decision-making • Comfortable leading small teams and coordinating multiple departments • Ability to work independently and part-time with flexible availability Preferred Skills • Familiarity with fashion retail processes and e-commerce workflows • Understanding of digital marketing and product merchandising • Previous experience in fast-paced, design-focused businesses Get notified about new Project Manager jobs in United States.
