This is a behind-the-scenes position, focused mostly on preparing and cleaning merchandise for the store, e-commerce, archive, and more. FIRST AND FOREMOST, this is a position focused on preparing merchandise for our store location. (Please note: while it is important to be able to perform the basic sewing skills mentioned above, we do already have a full-time seamstress - this position is more focused on steaming/ironing, and all the other things mentioned here) Job responsibilities include: • Preparing (reviewing, steaming, ironing, prepping, cleaning) merchandise for the store location, trade shows, sales, pop-ups and more. from Warehouse to Store and Archive • Managing, organizing, cleaning, and maintaining the Warehouse • Working directly with our in-house seamstress to coordinate repairs, what needs to be done, and the timeline. Requirements: • Comfortable with and have experience using a professional clothing steamer and iron • Basic sewing skills, including attaching buttons, re-stitching labels or open seams, etc.
