Duties Proven supervising experience in retail or fashion environments with strong leadership capabilities Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and visual design tools to create engaging displays and promotional materials Knowledge of merchandising techniques such as planograms, schematics, and interior remodeling to enhance store presentation Experience in retail sales, customer service, pricing strategies, and cash handling to ensure smooth daily operations Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory, stock levels, and POS systems efficiently Excellent communication skills; multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases Background in marketing or branding to effectively promote the vintage collection across various channels Familiarity with retail math, time management, and administrative tasks necessary for store management success Passion for vintage fashion combined with a creative mindset to inspire customers and elevate store ambiance
