Duties

Curate and maintain an eye-catching vintage clothing collection, ensuring each piece aligns with current trends and brand standards
Lead store management activities, including supervising staff, training new team members, and fostering a positive team environment
Develop compelling visual displays using tools like Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator to enhance store aesthetics and promote featured items
Implement merchandising strategies such as planograms and schematics to optimize product placement and maximize sales potential
Manage inventory control through accurate stock tracking, pricing adjustments, and POS (Point of Sale) system operations
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with styling advice, product knowledge, and checkout processes including cash handling
Oversee store cleanliness, organization, and remodeling efforts to ensure a welcoming shopping atmosphere that reflects interior design principles

Requirements

Proven supervising experience in retail or fashion environments with strong leadership capabilities
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and visual design tools to create engaging displays and promotional materials
Knowledge of merchandising techniques such as planograms, schematics, and interior remodeling to enhance store presentation
Experience in retail sales, customer service, pricing strategies, and cash handling to ensure smooth daily operations
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory, stock levels, and POS systems efficiently
Excellent communication skills; multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases
Background in marketing or branding to effectively promote the vintage collection across various channels
Familiarity with retail math, time management, and administrative tasks necessary for store management success
