A fast-growing, viral brand in the fashion category is seeking a Video & Marketing Specialist to support and execute its short-form content and marketing strategy. Key Responsibilities • Lead day-to-day short-form video production for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and emerging platforms • Film behind-the-scenes content, product features, campaign moments, and founder-led storytelling • Edit high-performing, trend-driven videos optimized for engagement and conversion • Assist with creative direction and on-set execution during campaign and photoshoot days • Support product launches and marketing campaigns with compelling video assets • Coordinate and manage influencers (outreach, briefs, timelines, approvals) • Contribute to content ideation, trend research, and viral strategy • Manage posting schedules and ensure consistent execution across platforms Qualifications • 3+ years of full-time experience in marketing, social media, or content creation (fashion, beauty, or lifestyle preferred) • Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram algorithms and short-form storytelling • Confident filming and editing on iPhone and DSLR • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Ability to adapt quickly and execute efficiently Bonus Qualifications • Experience with video editing software • Experience with DSLR cameras and high-quality videography • Strong eye for aesthetics, styling, and viral fashion trends • Experience contributing to significant social growth or viral campaigns • This is a high-impact opportunity with direct exposure to brand growth, creative direction, and content strategy.
