## Job description \- Lead, engage, develop and retain recruiters and support staff team \- Serves as a strategic advisor to leaders on all matters related to talent acquisition strategy \- In partnership with the Office of Diversity, Equality and Inclusion, develop and execute talent acquisition programs and processes that support the company's overall strategy \- Drives organizational improvements and decision-making to constantly improve corporate talent across the global business while balancing both strategic needs and tactical goals \- Build a recruiting culture, and develop a talent pipeline, that creates candidate flow and increases business partner involvement in the recruiting process \- Partner with senior management and functional business areas to develop staffing plans and recruiting strategies, and initiatives for current and future needs \- In partnership with the HR Business Partners, define and implement strategic talent acquisition initiatives for assigned functions and support HR initiatives and vision by function \- Ensure that the recruiting needs of the functional team are met while driving hiring manager and candidate satisfaction through monthly/quarterly reviews with the business \- Demonstrated success and expertise implementing a sophisticated full-cycle Talent Acquisition strategy in Store, Distribution and Corporate environments, utilizing industry best practices and technology to drive efficiencies wherever possible. Ensure that the resulting strategy can effectively scale with the organization and continually optimize it. \- Strengthen the brand of the Talent Acquisition team by continuously delivering on expectations, and communicating successes and wins throughout the organization \- Implement a sourcing strategy contributing to pro-active talent management \- Leverages HR COE teams as relevant to support Talent Acquisition strategy \- Continually assesses the HR implications of client-driven strategic options and proactively communicates with Management \- Oversee the enterprise relocation programs and processes \- Oversee the development and execution of the recruitment processes and evaluating compliance regularly \- Supports the business / function unit's talent interests within the HR organization, manage projects and programs as identified and/or needed Support recruiting initiatives as needed in the areas including, but not limited to: \- Hiring Manager and candidate satisfaction \- Recruiting results and metrics \- Selection and candidate assessment \- Diversity in the candidate pool \- Utilization of preferred providers as we contract with external firms \- Fulfill service level agreements with hiring managers and business leaders \- Supervise, train and develop team members as needed At Ross you will find an organization that invites you to be your authentic self: \- A respectful culture embedded with collaborative partnerships and humility \- Opportunities to give back to your community through national charities, local volunteer initiatives, and our Ross Cares Fund \- A significant investment in your career through extensive onboarding programs, continuous learning opportunities, ongoing development and the opportunity to work with engaged and knowledgeable industry leaders About this opportunity: The VP HR Talent Acquisition (TA) will drive the development and day to day execution of the recruitment teams for Stores, Distribution Centers, and the Corporate Office in Dublin. The VP, TA partners with the business leaders to enable growth by proactively assessing needs and collaborating to develop and deliver talent acquisition solutions to meet staffing needs for one of the largest and most successful off-price business in the world.
