Ensure milestones and deliverables for all planning activities are successfully achieved for the group Work with divisional planners to identify business risks and opportunities to maximize sales, profitability and inventory turn objectives as part of forecast process Drive standardization and best practices that support key planning initiatives and analysis across the group Participate in development of new methodologies, as needed, to improve planning process and results Strategic business partner capable of providing focus and direction in a complex organization Highly developed analytical skills and business acumen Strong organizational skills and excellent communication skills Flexible, ability to manage changing priorities as needs shift Lead Accessories Planning team. Recent/current experience planning for a wholesale Accessory business is preferred 10+ years’ experience in Planning and Merchandising leading a team of Directors and Managers Experience utilizing Planning and Merchandising applications Proficient in Microsoft Office Centric Brands Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer
