VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES, INNERWEAR TARGET

Target is HBI’s 2nd largest Innerwear customer and is a strategic priority account that must deliver growth for HBI to win. This role includes full management of all sales programs, leadership of the sales team including 3 direct reports, and development of cross-functional partnerships with HBI departments such as product management, supply chain, planning and finance. Additionally, the VP of Sales must build a strategic partnership within Target for all aspects of the business to create a relationship that aligns the priorities of the companies and establishes HBI as the vendor of choice in the Innerwear categories and beyond. Manage development and monthly review of annual Joint Business Plans with Target to effectively deliver growth and profit. 7-10 years in marketing or retail management of apparel or consumer branded products.
