The Role This position will lead all aspects of the CK Global People organization, including organizational effectiveness, talent management and acquisition, associate experience, and inclusion & diversity. The role will be a key partner to the Brand President, CK Global and EVP of People, Americas and CK Global in building the structure and people strategy, with an emphasis on building a platform for the iconic Calvin Klein brands. The ideal candidate for the role will be strategic and eager to build; an innovative, collaborative, and progressive human resources talent leader with exceptional business acumen and the ability to translate business challenges into actionable solutions in a rapidly evolving environment.
