Description We are looking for someone that can effect the commercialization and revenue growth of PEI brands in Asia through licensing and other business opportunities, this position is located in Asia. Strategy and Financial Planning Develop and update strategic plans, both short term and long term, to meet and/or exceed budget for Licensing Division in Asia. Plans to include budgets, forecasts, etc. Develop and execute short and long term initiatives to support the licensing strategy by brand. Source prospective partners and conduct due diligence and/or analysis of markets, categories, proposals, business plans and financial impact Negotiate definitive contracts for presentation to senior management Licensee Management Conduct ongoing analysis of all existing licensees including, but not limited to: proposals, requests for renewals and amendments, annual business and marketing plans.
