Our VP, Design – Men’s will set the strategic design, tone, look and feel direction across the Old Navy Men’s division. Manages team to align seasonal collection across categories and ensure fashion fashion key items, and Active apparel basics are consistent with the Old Navy brand customer and aesthetic. Partners with print and graphic design peers to provide context and guidance for print and graphic development as it relates to Men’s design. Fully responsible for ensuring that product is consistent with market trends as well as business strategy; interprets international/domestic concepts and fashion trends as it relates to market demands, company image and business strategy. Minimum 10 -15 years of product design/development experience with a strong record of people management Extensive experience in apparel design and development.
