The Company also owns Skip Hop, a global lifestyle brand for families with young children. The role is focused on value generation from both strategic sourcing and indirect procurement process improvement. 50% Strategic Sourcing Activity and Contract Negotiation Build, recruit and develop a strategic indirect procurement team responsible for interfacing with business and supplier partners Develop and execute a global Indirect Procurement strategy that builds the capabilities needed for long-term growth and sustainability including spend analytics, category management, sourcing methodology, tools and templates, policies and procedures, supplier management program, etc. Identify and pursue ambitious agenda to fuel future investments Create financial analysis of pending transactions, including total cost of ownership and return on investment analyses Facilitate cross-functional teams to execute the procurement process and plans; enable supplier selection and decision process; lead / facilitate contract development, negotiation and execution process Develop vendor onboarding process 25% Enterprise-wide Stakeholder Engagement Effectively network with senior business leaders to build Procurements profile and engagement on key sourcing strategies and provide support for resolution of procurement related issues Utilize market intelligence to anticipate opportunities, strategize and support the business in formulating solutions to address changing market needs Establish relationships with key internal leaders to ensure procurement is aligned with their business objectives Develop relationships with vendors to manage supplier performance issues in collaboration with relevant internal business customers 25% Business Process, Compliance and Reporting Establish Procurement policy and procedures Establish management reporting to support communication with the leadership team Identify savings opportunities and partner with Finance teams to capture savings in budgeting process Establish balanced scorecard metrics (cost, quality, service, etc.)
