Basic Qualifications • 6+ years of design experience • 3+ years of leading design teams experience • Experience managing teams • Experience leading design teams in problem definition, artifact rendering, cross-functional collaboration and delivery, and user validation and measurement The base pay for this position ranges from $136,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $225,500/year in our highest geographic market.
