Responsibilities • Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training, and mentoring of associates. • Communicates expectations consistently and effectively promoting a belonging mindset in the workplace. • Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures. • Attendance and successful completion of all job-required trainings and assessments. • Paid time off benefits including PTO (including sick leave), parental leave, family care leave, bereavement, jury duty, and voting.
