As Director of Modular & Space Execution, you’ll lead the teams responsible for translating assortment strategy into high-quality, timely execution across new stores, remodels, relays, and in-season updates. What you'll do: • Lead Modular Execution and Activation: Oversee modular reset and execution workflows, including end-to-end planning, draw management, ticketing, and store execution across formats and programs. You’ll make an impact by: • Delivering localized execution that improves shelf accuracy, speed to change, and customer relevance • Reducing execution defects and Ops ticket volume by aligning planning upstream • Scaling modular strategy through stronger coordination, calendar discipline, and team accountability • Strengthening the bridge between insights and execution to enable test-and-learn agility and faster rollouts It is not designed to contain or be interpreted as a comprehensive inventory of all duties, responsibilities, and qualifications required of employees assigned to this job.
